Overview
Cellular Detox is a companion app for enrolled Pompa Program clients. The app helps clients sign in, view onboarding content, prepare for coaching appointments, complete personalization questions, write their why, set goals, and view client stories.
Cellular Detox is designed to support coaching preparation and program participation. It does not provide emergency services, diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment decisions.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, client ID, and sign-in credentials.
- Program information, such as enrollment status, assigned coach, appointment details, and program stage.
- Health and wellness information you provide through assessments and personalization questions, including diet history, sensitivities, goals, and related notes.
- Emergency contact information when you choose to provide it as part of program preparation.
- Content activity, such as whether assigned preparation content has been completed.
- Basic technical information needed to operate the app, authenticate your session, secure requests, and diagnose service problems.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate your account and maintain your app session.
- To show your onboarding home screen, appointment details, preparation content, and program progress.
- To help your coach and care team prepare for your first session and personalize your program experience.
- To save your why, goals, personalization answers, and content completion state.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app and related services.
Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be used by Pompa Program team members and care-team systems that support your program experience. The app and related services may use service providers for hosting, storage, video delivery, authentication, email, customer records, and app distribution.
Current service categories include AWS services for hosting, storage, and video delivery; HubSpot for customer and coaching journey records; NTAi for account authentication; and Apple for app distribution and App Store services.
Cellular Detox does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and the app is not designed to sell personal information or consumer health data.
Health Information
The app may process health and wellness information you provide for coaching preparation and program personalization. Access to this information is intended to be limited to the systems and team members needed to provide and support your Pompa Program experience.
Your Choices
- You can sign out from the profile menu on the Home screen.
- You can request account deletion from the profile menu on the Home screen.
- You may contact Pompa Program support for help accessing, correcting, or deleting your information.
Security
Cellular Detox uses authenticated network requests and encrypted transport where supported by the app and backend services. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but the app is designed to limit data access to the information needed for your program experience.
Children
Cellular Detox is intended for enrolled Pompa Program clients. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be identified by the date shown above.
